Our services include, but are not limited to, video editing, color grading, sound design, motion graphics, and custom transitions for gaming content.
3. Orders and Payments
By placing an order with us, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. Payment must be made in full before we begin work on your project. We accept payments through our secure payment processor.
All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
4. Delivery
We strive to deliver all projects within 24 hours of receiving your footage. However, delivery times may vary depending on the complexity of the project and our current workload. We will notify you if there will be any delays in delivery.
Delivery will be made via digital download links or through our Discord server. It is your responsibility to download and save your files upon delivery.
5. Revisions
Our service includes a specific number of revisions as outlined in your package. Additional revisions may be subject to extra charges. All revision requests must be clear and specific.
Revision requests should be submitted within 7 days of receiving your completed project. After this period, additional charges may apply for any requested changes.
6. Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to your original footage. However, PhoenixFX LLC retains the rights to the editing techniques, effects, and transitions used in the final product. We may use the final product in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
By submitting content to us, you represent and warrant that you own all rights to the content or have permission to use it, and that our use of your content will not infringe upon any third party's rights.
7. Limitation of Liability
PhoenixFX LLC is not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
We are not responsible for any content that violates copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property laws. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims resulting from your use of our services or your breach of these Terms.
